World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor the worst expansion ever. WoD sucks!

TL;DR:

Honestly: World of Warcraft Warlords of Draenor (WoD) ist the upmost worst expansion so far. WoD really sucks very hard. WoW:WoD sux. Period.

You think i’m trolling? Piss off and spend paying a sub fee for that Blizzard crap and be happy with it. All i can say, since Greg Street “Ghostcrawler” and some others left the team, WoW is getting more and more a “browser-kind-uninspired-ripoff”. The new character models are ugly like hell. All those untalented “new” designers/shapers should be fired. OMG, those young guns don’t have any clue about MMORPGs … With WoD it seems like WoW has lost it’s soul. Garrisons feel like a browser game, are a mandatory pointless shit, just being a time and gold sink. The WoD expansion is crap, a ton of recycled models and enemies. Blizzard, why you totally broke professions, caster playabilities etc. in WoD? All you deserve for this is a GFY! A sub fee: NO!

Biggest flop: “We’re working on the ability to send out Tweets—including screenshots—directly from within WoW, making it easier than ever to let friends know about your Achievements and item drops.” LOL, big ROFL. Are you kidding? Why the hell should i want to send out tweets? Are you on drugs?

In the English forum one user has nailed it down: “So far, this is the worst expansion to date. The game is now simplified to it’s highest degree yet. Professions are useless, you get gear through facebook app missions, there is the least amount of raiding content upon release that the game has seen so far, and the game is riddled with glitches.” (Cepatore). In the German forum the thread WoD eins der schlechtesten Add-ons bisher got more than 3850 postings and 19000 views. World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor sucks.

 

Quality of Roccat Gaming Products really sucks!

After almost 5 products of Roccat Gaming peripherals i have to say: Roccat you really suck super hard! Why? Go figure and listen.

First: The Quality of your products i bought sux. Period.

I bought 3 mice, Pyra, Kone+ and Kova+. All materials and overall build are totally crap, compared to any other “quality” stuff from e.g. Logitech or (for some products) Microsoft.

You call your sick crap: Gamer High End Equipment. Are you crazy? After only 2 weeks intense use, the glue of the side rubber elements called “Griptech solid rubber side grips” was pouring out of the Pyra and i had it smeared on my fingers. Not nice, because it is not recommended to get my skin in contact with such chemicals. The build quality of the Kone+ was a mere disaster. Dirt cheap plastic crap, extremely loud left and right mouse buttons. After just 4 weeks the mouse wheel died finally. Broken. First, after 3 weeks it started “jumping around” uncontrolled. You can read about the mouse wheel problem all over the net. Use Google. Finally the Kova+. Basically it “feels” better than the Kone+, but as with the Pyra, after some weeks of power gaming, this mouse had the same problem with your Griptech rubber side grips and the adhesive.

I read on your website: “Roccat is the snow storm to the gaming industry. Everything called gaming before needs to be redefined. You will enter a world in which three attributes will keep you on the right path: alliance, independence and truth.” This phrase is no marketing speech – it ist simply a barefaced lie. We gamers pay you a lot of money for your so called “gaming products”. Finally we end up with expensive crap of subpar build quality. Roccat products? Never ever again! Never.

Alternatives: Difficult to find. Why? Because obviously many manufacturers may think, that we gamers are retarded anyway and buying anything with a fancy “gaming” look. The best mouse i ever had, was a Logitech MX518. This mouse was reference quality in build and performance and used by Pro Gamers worldwide. Now i am still looking to find a decent “gaming grade quality” again. Price is not that much important, all i want is top quality and performance.

And stay away of all those so called “reviews” of even more so called “renowned” sites. I read many ot those reviews, before i bought the Roccat stuff. And even sites like Anandtech had positive reviews about Roccat. They had their PI and visits, I have spent my money for shitty products. Lession learned.

Why ArcheAge sucks extremely hard

For western folks, especially for Europeans, most Korean MMOs feel like nothing but a cheap cash cow. No depth, no creativity, no real fascinating story line, overdose asia type characters and a very bad localisation. Now we have ArcheAge. I gave it a try with zero expectations and got desperately disappointed :(.

ArcheAge is really the upmost clunky, ugly and cheaply made piece of Korean junk i’ve seen for a long time. ArcheAge shows simply an incredible bad quality compared to other games like Guild Wars 2 GW2, The Elder Scrolls Online TESO or Rift. The story is totally retarded, uninspiring and unimaginative, the quests are ridiculous. After half an hour my first impression was: OMG, what a crap! Honestly: ArcheAge is a piece of shit. Period.

Maybe Trion is deeply disappointed, about what happened to Rift. They obviously put all their passion into Rift. Results? Not much. Rift went F2P and not many ppl are actual playing this beautiful game. ArcheAge seems to be the “revenge” for the “stupid”. And for the young guns, fast rushers, 24/7-players reaching endlevel after 2 days, the F2P folks, who won’t pay a monthly fee, but are happy with a ton of micropayments. Obviously the motto is: You Get What You Are Paying For. And that is dirt cheap Asia crap. Oops – ArcheAge has a Patron Status …

Trion Worlds is the publisher of ArcheAge in the West. After Rift they obviously hate us MMORPG gamers. ArcheAge feels like a revenge to me. All nonsense? Maybe. Maybe not. Look: Blizzard has officially buried the MMORPG genre with the Titan cancellation. It is much easier to make a trading card game like Hearthstone. For such a game you won’t need a big dev team, but earn approx. 200 Million $ per year. Why invest a lot of money, passion and time with a MMO then?

The Start of Rift was purfect. Professional. Kudos. The Headstart and Start of ArcheAge was a disaster. Trion really disgraced themselves. ArcheAge ist a very good example, what is the most obvious problem of this kind of games. The publishers, especially the younger gen, don’t have any clue how to make a modern and good MMO. All they want, is quick money at minimum costs. That may be ok for the biz side of life, but will fail at player base.

Can you imagine, why e.g. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will become a real blast for players AND publisher. Go figure it out yourself and be amazed! The Witcher is an eye candy. Oh yes, Trion: Bye, bye. I won’t play ArcheAge. Game deleted.

Blizzard cancels MMO Titan – RIP MMORPGs

OMG Blizzard you suck so hard!

Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime has confirmed they are cancelling their next MMO Project Titan. LOL investors, money > dustbin, congrats! 7 years in development totally fucked up, a real hefty sum of money wasted. Obviously Blizzard has absolutely NO plan how to bring any successor for World of Warcraft WoW to market. Blizzard is like Apple with U2 – totally arrogant and stoned. Congrats, You really suck ultra hard. MMORPGs are dead anyway.

TESO, Wildstar, SWTOR, Rift, LotRO and now ArcheAge are just dead cow for some oldschool freaks, happy with stupid farming and uninspiring lame content. ArcheAge rofl, “land farming”? OMG, Trion come on … Why exclude GW2? GW2 is a farming zerg itself, for sure. But at the end of day it makes (some) fun. And you pay once and play it as long as the servers are up and running. Plus Arenanet and NCSoft make the ingame shop (until now) a real delight – at least for me. My WoW subscription is parked, because WoD is so uberlame … i don’t get it.

The MMORPG genre is dead. RIP. RIP Titan. Blizzard has new money cows: non-MMO genres with games like Hearthstone (a game for the totally retarded, so super rofl) and Heroes of the Storm (ok, thx but i am not interested at all). Blizz tells us that Hearthstone has reinvented the card battling game genre and “is a big hit on both PC and mobile”. I seriously doubt that. Why? Wait, wait and let’s see their next results … Blizzard tries to minimize development costs and is looking for super dirt cheap games as a money machine.

But: Hearthstone may generate as much as $250 million in 2014. Even if Hearthstone does reach a 1/4 million this year, that’s nowhere near the pot World of Warcraft brings in. Still more than $1 billion a year. But let’s see Blizz …

TESO The Elder Scrolls Online New Patch v.1.4.3 Sucks Hard

Bethesda and ZeniMax came up with the latest patch for TESO, The Elder Scrolls Online. To come short: The new Patch v.1.4.3 really Sucks Hard! What a joke.

We finally canceled our subscription after giving the new patch a short try. Why?

First: We love(d) TESO. And we had a great time leveling up to LV50. The game story, the game world, game graphics, the whole atmosphere ingame simply outstanding awesome beautiful. The same goes for the Veteran ranks and the uplevel towards Veteran LV12.

But then came Craglorn (German: Kargstein). And the end of TESO. What did happen? Stupid grind, grind, grind and mega grind. Difficult to find a group for “questing”, monsters too difficult even for 2 or 3 ppl in a group. Unfriendly people, no help in chat, just stupid: “looking for xp grind”, “looking for hircine grind” and stuff like that. That Uber Grind killed the game for us. We kept our subscription “open”, but played other games.

To be honest: It is NOT the grinding itself, which makes TESO that unattractive @moment. You have grind in WoW, GW2, Rift, Wildstar any other MMORPG, the developers still haven’t found a more attractive alternative for that shit. But TESO is currently almost “unplayable” for us. The chat is spammed with “looking for grind” only. Terrible. I made some screenshots of today in The Elder Scrolls Online v.1.4.3, the fourth major content update of Zenimax and Bethesda in the upper region of Craglorn. We wanted to explore the region and all we got was a good portion of frustration.

We asked for help and a group. For getting the first quests there done. Help? None. It seems (to us) that the majority of players running around today, were a bunch of arrogant narcissistic idiots in “Daedric” cloth. Sorry for those harsh words, but trying to sell “Daedric” motif for 85k is simply … retarded.

Game closed, subscription canceled. Let’s wait for some serious stuff to come …
